Ordering a photograph print or any other product from www.budapestwide.com you will get into a contract with HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd., and this firm will provide all the following services.

HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd. beside its architectural design services is a business trading in the art, printing, and framing industry that offers quality fine art photographic prints and bespoke display options online.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of ordering, plus a Pro-forma Invoice, orders are usually processed within three working days. On shipment, a tracking number will be confirmed by e-mail. All print packaging and deliveries are free of charge. We only use reputable international courier companies like FedEx, UPS and DHL ect.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

The provision of goods and services by HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd. is subject to availability. If prints are unavailable or sold out, HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd.  will refund the client in full within 10 (Ten) working days.

 After you transfered the financial balance of your order, there is no way to cancell the order.

HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd.  only prints on fully archival paper with high-quality gallery ink. Prints quality is guaranteed in quality with a full 100% refund or replacement option if unsatisfied.

HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd. ensures all shipments against loss or damage. In the case of loss or damage, a replacement print will be dispatched on notice without delay.

 

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd.  shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

 

PAYMENT

Actually there are two main modes for Payment.

The first option is paying by credit cards. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Card are all possible ways. At the moment other payment modes, like  Diners,  Paypal are not possible, yet. Also we regretable  do not accept cash payments.

Also there is a second method for Payment: it may be made  by bank transfer into HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd.  bank account, the details of which will be provided on the invoice and on the pro-forma invoice before it. 

 

TAX

All taxes, including VAT, will be settled by HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd.  to ensure your order's shipment. All taxes and duties, including VAT applicable in the delivery country, are payable by the ordering client. 

 

CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY 

Since actually the only way for payments is money bank transfer, and you don't register your Card details on this website, there isn't any extra security danger during your ordering procedure.

 

CUSTOMER DETAILS KEPT SAFELY

Customer details will be stored by HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd. safely, and without registering Customer's bank account in house.

 

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the Customer is Hungary, member of European Union (EU). Transaction currency is Hungarian Forint (HUF).

 

RESPONSIBILITY

HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE 

The laws of Hungary and the EU govern this website, and HELYESTÉR Architect Ltd. chooses Hungary as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
